Sure. What's the big deal? It's not as if you have to be a magician in order to eat something with out dropping or spilling it.

I'm fine with coffee, water, and some other foods, but when it comes to fast food, which is usually greasy and smells like total ****, no. I'm extremely meticulous about my cars, inside and out, and to me, I can't imagine a person assuming that it was OK to drag some greasy smelly pizza into someone's car without first asking, and also bringing napkins, a fork, and knife.

Guess this is one of those things where people have different expectations about how their surroundings are maintained.

I don't even eat in my car. Why would I let someone else? All drinks just be covered or capable of closing.

Eating/drinking in a car is the number way to trash a car. Number two is leaving smelly gym bags and clothes on the seats. I have generally never allowed eating or drinking in any of my cars, with a few minor exceptions (I'm okay with snacks such as granola bars-- non greasy, doesn't smell, easy to vacuum the crumbs). Every single time someone who has never been in my car before opens up the door and sits down inside, I get the same comments, "wow, your car is so clean! Did you just clean this? This is like my grandpa's car... Is this car new?... it smells new..." Doesn't matter if it was the 18 year old '92 Camry, the '07 Accord, or the current almost new '12 Camry... I take pride in keeping a clean cabin, rather than riding in a rolling trash can like so many other people my age.

Allow? HA! No one I know would even ask if they can eat or drink anything beyond a bottled drink in my car.

Don't mind. I throw my dogs in the car, bikes in the back of the car, eat three meals a day in the car at times.

I let people eat in my home, a place far more important to me than my car.

All my cars have been used, i got the insides as clean as i could. Like hours of work. No food or drink, i care about my car and dont like the risk. The closest to it was when me and my ex would picnik in the bed of the pick up i had. I also dont let people sit or lean on my car either. When im done with my mustang, there'll be no smoking either. Respect your car.

No, I do not.
I myself do not eat or drink or transport smelly food in my car.

There is like practically zero reason anyone would need to eat/drink/etc in the car. Not creating potentially messy situations.
