Do any other states, cities have a condo complex just for cars like we do in the Twin Cities? It's basically a nice country club for cars that hosts a free monthly cars and coffee that tons of people attend. I believe they are sold out and have already expanded and expanding again. Sounds like a great investment for other places for all you investors, business owners out there....

They built one in Daytona but geared it more to the Nascar/Biker crowd more than specifically just cars. I think Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama has an owners garage section also.

Cool concept but you really would have to have a significant car investment to buy one and they can only work in low land cost areas. I would be scared of trying to sell it (finding another car nut that has 200K to drop on a warehouse).

I just use a standard 20x25 foot storage unit with drive up access. I keep my car and my motorcycle in there in winter. Its not heated, there are no amenities but for $160/month with alarm on the door, 24hr keycode entry for the gate and cameras everywhere, its well worth it.
