I went to four auto dealerships yesterday and two of the dealerships had window sticker add-on.
In addition to the M.S.R.P. window sticker that is installed at the factory, they installed another sticker for +/- $750.00.
I don't think this is ethical. I refuse to negotiate with a dealer that does this. Negotiations should start at the M.S.R.P. and work down from there. Do most dealers do this?
They used to in this area, I never saw it in my part of PA. I assume you mean something on the order of "Additional Dealer Markup" and not transportation or processing fees.
You'll usually see it on cars which are in high demand and short supply. How you deal with is your call.

ONLY in a perfect world, Hiway.
This type of "highway robbery" happens all the time with unique and/or limited edition / production vehicles. Back in 2004 and on into 2005 when I was shopping for a new SSR, a $5k "additional dealer mark-up" was basically routine and a $10k mark-up was not uncommon.
Although I felt the same as you do, I really wanted an SSR and used my back as the best negotiating tool.
Good Luck . . . be happy and thankful you are only being subjected to 750 bucks.
They can ask and say whatever they want. And they do. They throw all kinds of crap in there, most of it is "fine print stuff" that some of them will claim is state mandated.
The bottom line is that you have to know what you're after, know what you're willing to pay, and know how to walk out the door. They are professionals at this racket, so you have to be tough.

This^^. It's not unethical.
When I buy anything all that matters to me pricewise is how much will come out of my pocket. Regardless of whether it's a dealer add-on, additional tax, a 'market value adjustment", or any other metaphor for additional cost, it comes down to the bottom dollar.
Was it for dealer added accessories? like "rubber floor mats" or "pin striping"
It was not for accessories. One of the dealers listed it as some sort of "coating/sealer". The other may have been pin striping. Not things I would want to pay extra for.
Here in Texas, they always have an add on for $175 for "Custom Floor Mats". I always just pick them up and say here, you can keep these. I have had some salesman get beat red in the face, but it's my (and your!) money.
Some dealers call it "Dealer's Market Adjustment" ... it's a premium over the MSRP because the vehicle is in high demand.
I don't see it as unethical. Now, jacking up prices for food and water during a crisis or shortage is another thing ... but this is a car.
