If you could custom order a car, what would you want and not want?
Want-power driver's seat, AC, rear window defrost, tinted windows
Don't want-power windows, touch screen stereo, sunroof

Everything else is a take it or leave it. I live in south Louisiana so summer heat is an issue.

I want power windows but no use for a power seat (once it is set it is good for the life of the car!). I hate touch screens, no use for navigation but do like a nice stereo/satellite radio (Howard 100/101 baby!).

RWD with healthy, large-displacement, naturally-aspirated engine

Compact footprint and light chassis

Minimum of electronics

Steel roof (not convertible, no sunroof)

Voluminous engine bay. Easy to reach spark plugs, starter, fuel filter and engine accessories

Manual steering (no hydraulic or electric assist)

Everything I want I can find in a car, but it's rapidly becoming hard to find one that does NOT have a few things. I hate the integrated stereo/navigation/engine readout systems. I want my stereo separate, I do not want it tied in to other things. I do not want factory navigation/GPS that can track where my car is/how fast it's going at all times. I don't like drive by wire systems. I don't like tire pressure monitors, annoying as hell to have to replace them, especially when you've got perfectly good tires on the rims already.

drift car, a used 350z N/A engine with a 30 ft tall mound of fresh rubber ready to burn and a bunch of trannys laying around when 3rd gear no longerworks. rip the interior out and place two ricardo seats in, carbon fiber hood, bumpers, and roll bars. maybe some zele aftermarket body kit with a decent spoiler, and of course a nice big hand break shaft
