It isn't just driving. People that behave that way are part of the "entitlement generation". They have been told all their lives that they are entitled to a privileged lifestyle whether they work or not. Mainstream media is reporting on "the knockout game phenomenon". These are not games. They are racial attacks and the prelude to open warfare if it is not stopped. Don't count on our judiciary to contribute to the solution. They will just send the criminals to anger management sessions. It will be up to the citizenry to solve the problem.

When you have cases of road rage that end with shots fired. I'd say the answer to your question is YES. We need a device that you breathe into before the car can be started. If the test results come back saying... sorry, you're nuts... you better start walking.
