Cant tell if they are real or not, but real BBS LM's have the bbs logo on the rim itself. Otherwise who cares they look good and he's happy.
These are legit two piece LM's. I'm not particularly against a good set of reps but I got these for an absolute steal of a price and the timing made it tough to pass up.

LMs are very expensive. The only drawback is they are on the heavy side compared to other wheels. There are reps that look just as good especially if you put them on a car that you park outside or drive it as a commuter on some rough roads. Real set Looks good
Not bad looking, car is clean. I'm not into BBS mesh-type of wheels but I can appreciate a good combination.
