Hopefully it DOES NOT catch on over here in the west. Leave the dark areas dark, there is more than enough light pollution in the world as it is, we don't need glow in the dark paint in the few places that are still somewhat unspoiled.

If you can't drive on a dark road with just headlights you probably shouldn't be driving.

Looks cool and I see the merit but this will probably never catch on widepsread in the USA. We have too much expansive space to do this. Wonder what the maintenance is on it?

My home state, Pennsylvania, would never implement this as we have trouble maintaining existing infrastructure as it is.

New York streets are well lit and plus out skyline makes the light even more brighter, so all thought this looks cool and "advancing" I don't really see a care for it.
