Yes, I'm only rating the interior on aesthetics and materials only. I'm sure that if I were to drive it everyday, I could find lots of niggling annoyances with its ergonomics and functions.
The biggest problem is the lack of a volume knob on the fancy new touch-screen console. I noticed it when I sat in the new Fit, and it seems like every automotive journalist noticed it as well.
The funny thing is I didn't even notice there was no volume knob. Of course I think of my Jetta which has steering wheel controls and I don't remember the last time I adjusted the volume using the knob. Maybe this was their thought as well since it has wheel controls.

Ford and the Lincoln are my favorites.
I did one of those ride and drives.
We compared the top luxury brands.
All were very nice, it is really just a matter of perference, what feels and looks nice to you.
I did like the recessed info screens ( radio, GPS, cell phone, AC ) on the Acura ( I think ) .
The Ford and Lincoln are in the sun and can be hard to see, also the touch screens leave too many prints.
everyone talking about popup or stuck-on screens or embedded screens... these manufacturers have gone through them. I don't see why one manufacturer is better than another... BMW now uses stuck-up screens whereas it was embedded before. How are they as a manufacturer worse than Audi who has stuck with embedded? You could just as easily say Audi has not modernized.

Because it is all a matter of opinion. Some people like the new screens, some people like the embedded screens, and some people prefer no screens.

Yep. personally, I prefer the pop-up type screens. If I'm not using it, I like it out of the way. What I think really looks tacky is the screen on the lower end Mercedes. It looks like it was stuck on as an afterthought.
Looks like someone stuck their iPad up there with velcro.
What I'm not sure about is all of the stitching used lately on dashboards. Toyota started it, but GM has really ran with it lately (new Impala for example). I'm curious how well it'll hold up after a few years in the hot sun. I'm imagining lots of used cars with that stuff all torn up and coming apart.

Talking of iPads, I present the Tesla Model S interior.
