I had BFG All-Terrains on my lifted Toyota and loved em. I also recommend Yokohama Geolanders and the BFG Mud-Terrains, theyre a bit noisy, but they make the All-Terrains feel like slicks when the going gets rough. lol If you want real extreme, go with Super Swampers. Amazing off-road tires, but real rough and loud on pavement.
