IT's actually very do-able, except for the machineguns. Total price tag would run you about $90k-ish, if you went with the new 392 scat-pack (which should be close to your 185mph top speed). The bulletproofing would be another $40ish K, and the satellite stuff. Meh. Isn't it already in our vehicles?
