whats the highest car payment you ever had ? What car did you own and what was your interest rate ?

$600/mo. for a 3 year lease on a 2007 Volvo XC90. 8 years later, it's still in my garage.

$600 is the high end of my comfort level...

Mine was $425/month for 5 years, can't remember the interest rate but probably high. It was on a 1990 full sized Bronco. I really wanted that truck and could afford it, but now prefer to put more down and get a better interest rate to keep the payments lower. I kept it until about 1997 when I traded it in with 140,000 miles.
