I would like to know examples urban freeways with speed limits of 70 mph or higher. Typically, the average for an urban freeway in most states is 55 mph to 65 mph. I would like to know urban areas that have speed limits of 70 mph or higher.

I know Salt Lake City is now mostly 70 mph. Also, some of the Orlando area expressways are now 70 mph.

Maybe I missed something. NJ's highest posted speed limit is 65.

I-80 is mostly 75 mph across Wyoming, including right through Cheyenne. Portions of I-80 are posted 80 mph in the open spaces across Wyoming.

That map is for the statewide speed limits, which is primarily for rural freeways. Urban freeways are usually 55-65.

That is not a map showing urban freeway speeds. It merely lists the highest speed allowed on freeways in the states.

Example:
Minnesota has a maximum 70 mph speed limit on its freeways, as the map indicates. However, in the Twin Cities the freeway speed limits generally vary between 55 mph and 65 mph (though a particularly winding and constricted - but relatively short - stretch through St. Paul is signed at 45 mph).

Not in urban areas - for instance, most of 35 is a 60 or 65 MPH limit as it goes through Dallas and surrounding cities. It doesn't open up to 70 MPH until you get well south of Dallas.
