2017 Hyundai Elantra. It has an incredible amount of technology. MSRP for the fully loaded version is $26,750. You should be able to get one for under $25k. For that price you get not only comfortable seats, but adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, autonomouse emergency braking with pedestrian detectection, 8 inch nav screen with backup camera, heated seats front and rear, HID headlights, panaramic sun roof, dual zone climate controls, premium sound system with sat radio and so much more. A Civic at that price won't have anywhere near the features.
Check out a Kia Forte. I'm 6'7 which greatly reduces the number of cars that I fit in comfortably. I picked up a 2015 Kia Forte5 SX. The seats fit me like a glove and there's so much space inside I don't even need to have the seat all the way back. I picked it up for $17,900 and that's in the 201hp turbo charged version.
Comes with all sorts of standard features that used to only be found on luxury makes like power folding mirrors. Option for heated and cooled driver's seat. Heated steering wheel etc. Checks off all your list there, adjustable armrest, cruise control, and sat radio.
i drive my wifes 2015 Kia Forte Koup and im 6'2. Awesome car and Kia really stepped up their game now, even consumer reports rates them as good as Honda now
Op you could always got to the wrecker and try to find a pair of better seats for a higher trim model and install them on the base model heck some models even offer factory Recaro seats in their higher end luxury interior or sporty trims.
then either sell your factory seats or keep the still new front seats covered with some plastic till you plan to sell or trade it in and they will literally still be brand new with little to no wear and tear.
An issue with this is many seats have airbags in them nowadays. So you're losing some safety features by swapping them.
