I wouldn't consider a radiator a 'wear' item. No moving parts, just coolant moving through it. I've had one fail, but, that's not a wear item in my mind. Thermostats, similarly.. They don't wear out, even though they are a moving part. They get corroded which leads to them failing.
Alternator.. Not in the classic sense, but they do wear out (I've never replaced one).
