The police inpound my rv but the title is on my name and the new owner they put a hold of 30 days can the new owner g (buy, sell)

I was driving without a license when my rv lights and motor stop working the rv roll to the side and hit a park car the police inpound the rv an put a 30 day hold . The title of the rv is on my and the new owner ;can she get it out before the 30 days please help

I would think you have to get it out BEFORE you sell it to someone else. Why would you sell it while it's in the Pound? Why would someone buy it without seeing it in your possession?

Id suspect that you could technically sell the RV while still in the pound, but I also agree with the comments above on why that is probably not going to work for you. Although it does feel like you may know the buyer, so maybe she doesn't need to see it to buy it?

Even if she buys it, it's not leaving impound before the police say so (which sounds like 30 days) and all associated fines are paid.
