I ran across this video on YouTube, which deals with dangerous Chinese knock-off alloy wheels. Does anyone know if the USA shares the same problem, or do we regulate imports for safety?
Anytime you say China, expect counterfeit products to rear up. They are famous for cooyright infringement.
One way to stop it is to simply stop trading with them.
I spoke with a driver of a towing company today who said 4 or 5 newer Ram flatbed rims have cracked and broke, including one on his truck last night. Enough it was a problem the company was going after Ram warranty about, and all trucks are newer.
