Make sure its .gov and not one of those third party sites.

Which country are you in? Is is a RHD country such as UK, Australia or New Zealand? Then that would be much easier.

You'll have to check if they allow JDM (Japanese domestic market) cars to be imported as used vehicles and what sort of inspection/modifications your home country requires you to make the car street legal/roadworthy. Countries such as NZ and Ireland have extensive and widespread imports of used JDM vehicles.
