Hi there..
Apologies if this is wrong place to ask.. Though I needed some advice from experts . Would there be any damage to a cars transmission if I mistakenly put it from D to manual mode (D+/-)while driving.. It's a 2006 Toyota.. Just getting concerned about the situation.
Thanks in advance

No damage. You're supposed to be able to use manual mode when driving, so switching back and forth is common and part of the design.

What 2006 Toyota had a CVT? The Prius and similar hybrids are the only ones I'm familiar with and they don't have the the manu-matic feature...That I know of.
