The Buick LaCrosse has a seat that will go way back and the door opening is large. Surprising how easy it is to get in and out of it. Also, It does not sit as low as some previous Buick sedans like the Park Avenue and Lucerne. I have long legs and a long torso. With the seat down as low as possible and set all of the way back, I have plenty of room, which is very unusual. It has a lot more leg room than the Park Avenue had. There are many vehicles that I have pulled the seats out and redrilled and/or put in spacers to get some leg room. Have never had to do that on a Buick though. From what I recall, the Dodge Intrepid seat would go way back. Another option might be the Chrysler 300.

This.

I worked with a short woman that was at least 220 pounds who bought one and she loved it.

Before that she owned a mini van (think it was a dodge caravan)
