Looking for a used Audi Q7 2020+; any auction sites out there that don't require license? How are Apple Towing and Copart? Besides Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace anything else for "sale by owner"?

look around, most allow regular people there, BUT, when you want a car you gotta get the dealers to lay off. More trolling occurs there then here believe it or not! If you have a dealer friend who attends, oft they can get the others to lay off, but no one will give you a break, you will get this car for less than retail, but it will be over wholesale, there is a tremendous markup wholesale vs used retail for cherrys so they can work to make sure no one gets a good deal that cuts them out.

be aware, at these type auctions the auctioneer is under zero obligation to disclose anything but they will talk to dealers to keep their rep up. If all the dealers lay off something that seems like a good deal, it aint. hidden damage, r title etc...

I'd be VERY cautions of Copart, as to the best of my knowledge they deal primarily in wrecks....

Copart = salvage as others have said. Avoid unless you want to rebuild vehicles.
Apple = government seizures, civil forfeitures. Drug dealers and criminals the government goes after and takes all their stuff they can't prove they paid for with legitimate sources of money. Wouldn't be my first choice.

Audi Q7 are lease jobbers. Just buy something retail off lease from a dealer. They depreciate like bricks. If the extra few grand really makes a difference it's not a vehicle you can afford to drive.

Local Audi store has a SQ7 (500 HP) listed for 57K. That thing lost 40K in 3 years/31K miles!

That’s for sure. Used Audi one must be brave and have money. From dealer maybe you can get extended warranty which you will need.
