It's a Yakima Q Tower on an Audi A6...

As you'll see, one clip fits decently to the profile of the door frame, the other not so much. I readjusted and now both are not totally perfect, but when I give both a decent pull (when closed) they don't budge either, so am I being too much of a perfectionist and should not worry? The way it was in the picture, one clip budged a hair.

Good fit... Front driver side...

Ehh.... I don't know. That sort of thing would be constantly on my mind, its obvious what it should look like... personally, I wouldnt give up trying.

i'd send the pics to Yakima directly and get their opinion. i've heard they have good customer service with these kind of things.
