wow. WHAT are those extra wheels and where did they connect to??
The extra axle under the pickup is called a "tag axle" and helps support extra weight. BTW, I sure hope he knows how tall his load is... There's a sign on the rear door of the truck, so I assume he's a commercial hauler.
Take a look in the corner of the pic.

IF, if he did add a "tag axel" does not change how much weight the truck can carry or tow.
that is determined by the sticker in the doorjam.
modifying it does not change it's capabilities.(legally)

Did you go to the website? Its a compilation of quite REAL pictures. I see nothing indicating that this is a fake.
A tag axle WILL allow that truck to haul that, just because it may be illegal doesn't change the fact that it can or has been done.

The door sticker doesn't mean anything other than the mfg's designation of GVWR. The registration of the vehicle is what it is rated at for purposes of what it can carry legally. If the sticker on the door says 33,000 and its registered as a 25,500 (non CDL) but weighing 30,000 its illegal. And the maximum carrying capacities of all rigs in every state I know about are set by statute and specify how many pounds per axle and per square inch of tire and total weight not what is on the door.
