That does not answer the question!
What type of transport are you planning to use to get the goods from the air cargo terminal to the town or store that ordered them?
Billings, MT is about the only airport in Eastern Montana that has air cargo service on a regular basis. How are you going to get groceries from Billings to Winnet or Roundup or Stanford or any of the other small towns in Eastern Montana? Many other areas across the country have the same problems.

Trucks, of course, at this point.

I was suggesting a hybird transportation.

Eventhough everything would become auto, the smallest hand on labors might still in needs.

But if the trucks could drop off goods at your door posts or garages, then the trucks would get new nickies.
