I read construction begins on July 30. It will take about 32 days to build. I'm trying to get in on it as a general construction laborer as a side job. I'm not sure what a grand prix is either but I think it's for racing cars like Nascar?

I read it will be near the intersection of Light St. and Conway. I think I just drove by it last night and didn't see much space for a race tracks. Will it be underground or what? I think it will only be about 2 miles so I guess space won't be an issue then.

Last year the construction crew was based out of the parking lot adjacent to the Hyatt on Conway. Because it was quasi government, the labor rates were pretty nice. I dont remember who the fence crew was but they had their hands full. You could look into working as a utility for the tv crew. Rates aren't too bad for hauling cable around.
