As a newbie to this town, I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing any of the negative aspects of the city. I mostly hang out in Highlandtown (Greek food, yum!).
Just curious... what part do you live in? One of my favorite's, Samos, is getting another location in Canton within the next year. Helps if you're further west. Unfortunately Greektown is kind of a pain depending on the time of day with the Eastern Ave traffic. That place is worth it though.

Actually the four dashes after population is incorrect also. Again, do your research.

So no apostrophe is needed here?

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Nice comma splice at the end of your post.

What else is new is that it's the third time he's mentioned carrying guns to look at his "investment properties." I'm sure he keeps them in great shape too and is actively engaged with the community associations in which they are located. He certainly gives off the impression that he is an out of town landlord committed to the improving of Baltimore.

... not!

Downtown's workforce has grown by 10%. More people will want to live by their job. More people will move into downtown and surrounding areas.
