Why you would ever want to spontaneously visit Baltimore of all places in the world I have no clue...but sure let us know your experience, because it is one.

Places to see REAL locals and baltimore food:
Lexington market everyone knows Faidley's seafood and dollar cups of beer
Northeast market and monument street near Johns Hopkins Hospital
Monroe street between mchenry and pratt streets has a block of crab houses,
Moe's seafood near the harbor has mostly native crowds
Druid Hill Park is a nice place to be on the weekends
Mondawmin Mall food is okay but you can view real baltimore folks
The Flea Market off of pulaski ave in south baltimore on the weekends is usually crowded with locals
Towson Mall has a good mixture of county and city folks
The Gallery Mall near the harbor is a nice place to hang out as well
Fells Point has diverse crowds on the weekends, lots of good bars and restaurants, good place to go bar hopping
Baltimore st- called The Block has lots of strip clubs and folks partying if you want that
Pete's Grill on greenmount ave has good breakfast food and crowds

Go to one of the Hip Hop Chickens if you want a greasy fried food in a "gritty" atmosphere that tastes better than it has a right too. No respectable foodie would be caught dead there but you can't get any more "real" that that. LOL

Ok you got me interested. I never considered going there because I thought the name was too ridiculous. But what the hell, my BMI is already over 40.
