Just wondering about apt prices in the suburbs. How much is 1 bd with parking, laundry in unit? Not luxury, just regular.

There is no 1 right answer because the suburbs all really differ (e.g. each county is wildly different, Howard/Baltimore/Anne Arundel). You need to narrow it to a few different towns first.

You really need to pinpoint an area to get the best advice.

I picked Owings Mills because it is on the metro line. Apartments with a W/D in the unit are about $1000-1200. If you can do without the W/D in the unit, you could pay $800-1000.

Yes, but I just picked a random location because you said nothing else about your requirements. The buildings charging $1100-1200 are generally new.
