Default What are they planning to do?

Does anyone know what they plan to do over there? Has any one in the forums ever lived in Pen Lucy? What is/was it like?

There's a video at the website where they explain the projects in greater detail. They'll do "green" renovations for a low-income grandmother, help to refurbish the Community Mediation Center on Greenmount Ave., and do general improvements along the Old York Rd. corridor. I think the mediation center is technically in Waverly, but who's going to argue.

I haven't lived there and am not sure of the exact boundaries, but Pen Lucy is north of Waverly, west of Ednor Gardens and Original Homewood, and east of Guilford. It seems like a decent, blue-collar neighborhood near the former Memorial Stadium that's rough in spots, but is close to some very nice neighborhoods.
