I hear Baltimore City is one of the few cities left in America that still have "white ghettoes" or at least concentrations of Caucasian poverty, like what used to be in every city but has now drifted out to the exurbs and you find more poor whites (non immigrants) in rural trailer parks than city areas these days. I am just curious to Google Streetview these areas. The kinda place where people speak Bawlmorese (the BEST accent btw), I know so suburbs like Essex fit the bill, any city neighborhoods?

Baltimore is like many other major metro city with problems. Just the only thing is those on top that were installed to address and manage the problems are corrupt!!!!

Dundalk, Rosedale, Middle River comes to mind, yes they are part of Essex. When i lived in White Marsh, I come to find many who "move-up" moved to White Marsh. That whole Bawlmorese sounds awful white trash **** language. I don't get why people have pride in that ****.

In Baltimore City, there's a small bit of Caucasian poverty in Southwest Baltimore in the area near Carroll Park.

Last time I was in Baltimore cab driver told me" We don't have many white people in the city of Baltimore, watch where you go". Still not the most dangerous city I ever been to, Camden NJ, Flint MI and Gary IN were worst pound for pound.

I always thought Canton was nice. Granted, I've only been there once, but I didn't see anything ghetto about it.

The Rosedale and Pulaski Highway area is, err, interesting. lol
