As one of his constituents, I have been consistently disappointed with the quality of his staff. That makes me quite concerned about the quality of any future cabinet. That alone is reason enough not to support him.

Interesting thanks. I am surprised that he has not picked up on this.

I think Carl Stokes is too honorable of a man
to want to genuflect to the influences around the
Mayor of Baltimore's throne.

I think he can do good things for the city,
but once again, he is not of corruptible
countenance required to get the funding
he would need.

He should run for Council President...I am surprised that more Baltimore Politicos don't develop a solid "ticket" for example.. He runs for Council President and someone like Senator Pugh runs for Mayor...and they run together as an informal ticket and work together to push through the selected Agenda.

I like Stokes. I think he can be more effective at hearding City Council and using it at his platform to push for reforms and come up with direction from the City. Some of his ideas like the $1 house are not new but he is trying.. some of what has worked in the past may be a good idea for the future. He has stated his interest in working in neighborhoods far from the Harbor in an effort to attract more residents and not only tourist and foodies. I like Pugh for her connection with Annapolis and experience as a State Legislator.. That said, she is just a tad bit in front of Dixon in my opinion poll. I like and dislike Dixon for the same reason.. her CONVICTION
