America can't have over 30+million highly educated, self-governing and respectable African Americans within these border; it would a National Security Threat.

If parents can't get their kids into charter or private schools, than they need to be provided with some great tutoring. What I do not like about the SATs is that students that are receiving special education services probably aren't receiving much help in order to do well.

Why is the average SAT of White / Asian students in Baltimore City higher than the average SAT of Black students?

Anyone with any degree of common sense realizes that the majority of White / Asian students who live in Baltimore City, and attend public schools by choice, have the means to avoid neighborhoods with poorly performing schools. Whereas, the majority of Black students do so by default.

Of those Black students, why are they underperforming?

1) Likely to live in poverty-level or working-class homes > not a lot of disposable income for educational resources.

2) Likely to live with a single parent, or a parent who works outside of business hours > not much interaction for learning.

3) Generally zoned to a low-quality school > students motivated to learn face interference from those not so motivated.

4) Environmental factors > surrounded by plenty of opportunities for vice, and few opportunities to interact with successful people.


Of course, none of this simple logic has any bearing on some people.

The smartest Africans captured the dumbest Africans, and sold them into slavery. Of those arriving in the United States, the offspring of the dumbest of the lot -- those with no ability -- migrated to places like Baltimore because they couldn't make it in places like, for example, Warren County, NC. They are stuck in Baltimore City because they are not bright enough to prosper, even in the United States. Their kids -- kids with two dumb parents (parents at least biologically) -- are now in the Baltimore City public schools.
