So, it's OK to be corrupt, as long as you're a black woman?

These jobs should be filled by people that don't have an agenda, uphold the law, and don't tamper with evidence.

How'd that "evidence" work out for you folks?

Yeah, that affirmative action really does have a foothold here.

You mean like her dad? Who she herself describes as a crooked cop? Yea, that's much better.

To stay on topic, can you answer the questions implied in my post? Which are 1) whether the m.e.'s report can be used as evidence and 2) whether the fact that three occupants of the transport vehicle were the last people to see Mr Gray in one condition when he entered the transport and in a far different condition when he was removed from it -- whether that fact can also be evidence at trial?

The strength of the evidence in the subject case was obviously not as strong as the activists and liberal media alleged.

Someone who has been to law school and passed the bar should have an inkling as to the probative value of the evidence in the specific case before her, before embarrassing herself and her office by publicly proclaiming that the individuals involved are guilty.

The strength of the evidence is very strong. But so is the bias toward police by police officers who are involved in this investigation. Not unusual. Happened this way hundreds of times in the 20th century and now into the 21st. This is why in the 1950's a Civil Rights Act was added to the constitution. Time will tell what an outside third party (DOJ) determines re the evidence. Since 1995 the DOJ has received about 13,000 complaints but has declined to bring charges in 96% of them. You may find this very heartening. Two exceptions are for Roof and Slager, both of South Carolina, in 2015 and 2016. Statistically their indictments are a historic change from business as usual.

I've found no record of Ms Mosby ever proclaiming that the individuals involved are guilty.

You sat through the trials and were awake through all the proceedings?

Let's just way that her implications were overwhelming enough to mollify the riotous masses.
