They preach that the police are the problem, that criminals aren't guilty and businesses should just
move out of the area, to make the drug dealers. Mosebys conviction rate is actually less than 50% according to honest estimates. Baltimore is not safe a city to live in or even visit.

yes there is. my family has lived in Baltimore since 1960. At that time you could go any where in this city without any fear of being harmed in any way. I can remember walking downtown from southwest Baltimore
many times. this used to be a really nice city. We need to confront these problems and do something about them. You can't change a problem without first admitting that they are a problem.

according to the wall street journal conviction rates have gone down since mosbey took over the state's attorneys office. According to statistics that are 2 years old ( i cound not find any recent statistics ) baltimore city has the lowest conviction rates in the nation.
