This is the happiest moment for me aside from the Marlins 2 titles. Yankees are on a 4 game losing streak going into the playoffs and the Rays just knocked the Red Sox out of the playoffs in less than 5 minutes.
Boston chokes... bwahahahahahahahaha and almost at the very minute Longoria hits a homerun and eliminates the Red Sucks... bwahahahahahahahahaha. Watching Papelbon sit in the dugout completely stunned was awesome. Watching the bandwagon Red Sucks fans in Baltimore cry was even better. Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahah. Ain't life a mother ****er??? bwahahahahahahahaha
I've been watching baseball for 60 years, and there's never been a night like this. Not even close. Who saw this drama coming?
It is like it was scripted in Hollywood. What I find especially soap opera-ish is that the Rays six run 8th and two out homer in the 9th to tie it, all took place during the rain delay in Baltimore. The Red Sox, who were leading 3-2 during the break, got to sit in their clubhouse watching the Rays erase the NY 7-0 lead.
