The Expos may win a few games.

Braves fan here:

Please Washington, please beat St. Louis. No...don't beat them...destroy them. Trust me there is no love lost for me with the Nats but I will most definitely be heartily cheering you guys on for at least the NLDS. I wasn't going to hold tonight's game against St. Louis since it was the Braves own errors and the replacement refs who really did Atlanta in tonight but after I heard the classless Cards players were chanting "infield fly rule" in their postgame celebration it cemented it in my mind.

Go Nats!

Nats are in a deep hole down 2-1 in the NLDS. I felt good after taking the first game from the Cards, but the last two games have been debacles.

Hopefully the Nats can play well today, pick up the win, then play a one game series tomorrow.

I still hoped that Milwaukee would have inched in and removed the Cardinals from the playoff spot. They're more deserving, imo.

Cardinals are a great team and a class team. I have nothing against them, they just won fair and square. They are amazing to be able to have their backs against the wall, down to their last strike and still come through. I hope the Nats take this as a learning experience and make another run at it next year.

Well it been fun watching the Nationals this year. The Cardinals deserved it. They were the better team. Nationals get back Strasburg next season and they can try again. At least I am not going to cry and be angry for two hours. I have other things to look forward to.

Perhaps such as the Nats finding a catcher who doesn't carry low splitters/forks/other high velocity breaking pitches out of the strike zone...

(yeah, I know - likely wouldn't have made a major difference, but it's an annoying habit - esp. in contrast to Molina)
