12 may be more reasonable, otherwise we'll be here for weeks picking these teams out.

My recommendation, if someone forfeits a pick in a particular round, they can make it up at the end after everyone else has picked their 6.

12 is reasonable to me, and you can always DM someone your pick if you know you are going to be out, and they can post it for you. Just to keep things fluid.
