Okay but there are people that are born places that they never end up living there. Some of these individuals probably have never touched a basketball in that particular place. The reason why I mention high school as being a measure of someone being considered local is because it is the only way that we can tell that these individuals at least played ball in the areas. Unless we know what each of them did during their childhood and where they did it, it's difficult to say, oh yeah well James White used to ball at Barry Farms in DC (hypothetical). I think it's important to know that they at least played some in an area because the area that they played ball in, influences their style of play. The way people play in New York or Philly is different than how we play in the DC area. I mean I will tell you, even the way people play in MD is different than VA or DC, but generally you find similarities within the metropolitan area.
