Low-key, one of the best draft picks this year. Already very strong on the glass and defensively, IMO he looks like the best big man in this year's class. I've liked him since his days in college, and the scary part is he could get a lot stronger, since he hasn't really filled out yet if his sister's any indication:

Nice stats so far.
4.9 Points
4.9 Rebounds
1.36 Blocks
More offensive boards than defensive.
And .640 FT for a 7 foot guy? not bad.

Haven't seen him play. I'll have to check out a Thunder game soon.

NBA.com's player tracking page has Steven's contested rebound percentage as 55.9%, comparing favorably to guys like Roy Hibbert (49.5), Serge Ibaka (44.3), Andre Drummond (44.2), and Blake Griffin (39.5).

So keep in mind, while he's still raw and learning the ropes in the league, he fits in really well as a bench "bruiser" big man. Picks like this are why OKC's front office is one of the best in the NBA.
