Who has a better shot of winning a championship before their career ends? Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, or Dwight Howard.

Exactly as the title says.

I personally don't think any of the three will ever win a championship, at least from how things are right now. Carmelo especially is troubling. He hasn't ever even made it to the Finals before and he's in a weaker conference, to Chris Paul's credit at least the Clippers aren't terrible this season like the Knicks.

Default Chris Paul

Carmelo is a problem for any team. He gets his numbers, but seems to make any team he plays on, an anemic one.

Howard is overrated, and his limited game doesn't give a team the champion pedigree.

I say Chris Paul.

Either of the 3 can win a title. They just have to team with Lebron.... it's just a matter of who sells out first.

Given none of them do, I'd say Dwight wins one.
Carmelo will either stay in NY or end up somewhere obscure for $$, Chris Paul will stay with the Clippers or some other Western team that can't get past OKC or the Spurs.

Carmelo is the wild card. He would need to change teams. For Howard and Paul it just depends on the rosters, coaching, etc. If I had to pick I'd say Paul. He's the best leader of the three.

With that said I don't see either Chris Paul or Dwight Howard getting past OKC or San Antonio anytime soon. The Spurs have a better roster than both L.A. and Houston. And they are light years ahead in coaching and leadership. And while I'm not a big fan of Scott Brooks the Thunder have a better roster than both L.A. and Houston as well.

im gonna say melo. ill preface that by saying he will be 38 yrs old, making the vet minimum for a team getting 10 minutes a game and scoring 6 ppg while averaging a negative number in assists and rebounds combined!!!!!

wow, hard question as none of them will win.

dwight won't ever win a championship...whether or not he stays in houston.
cp3 and melo have a better chance, though the knicks or the clippers won't win any time soon.

so, i'm going to go with cp3 as he could end up as a vet on a championship contender...

Dwight Howard. He's already been to the finals. Paul and Carmelo on the same team I could see winning a championship.

Paul. The Rockets are good, but they're a bunch of good mercenaries thrown together. The Clips have chemistry, and that extends to Doc Rivers. He wanted to go there, and him going there made Chris Paul want to stay there. Lob City look like they enjoy playing together, which is more than you can say for a lot of NBA teams. As good as Howard is, he's not Shaq. He's not as dominant, and he's not a good first option like O'Neal was. Not to mention he doesn't have Phil Jackson coaching him.

Carmelo Anthony is a cancer. He'll never win a ring no matter what team he plays for.
