Bummer that Green wont be available for Game 5. I still think the Warriors can win that game without Green. They've done it without Curry and they can do it in this game especially with the home crowd. They would need a near perfect performance by the team, otherwise it will be another trip to Cleveland-that in itself should be incentive enough to close it out Monday night. Strength in numbers.

The past month or two is moot when you consider he didn't punch anyone this time around. And the contact that was made was initiated by James, not Green.

Either way the league's technical count restarts after a player is suspended. So Green won't be in jeopardy anymore.

Please don't divulge the Cavs' gameplan.

Green was in running for finals MVP honors, so that about sums up his contributions. Not huge numbers in terms of scoring, but the little intangibles.

But doesn't matter.

The Oracle Arena crowd will give the Dubs all the fire and emotional support they need tomorrow.

And the Dubs will win and win back to back championships on their home court.

And rightfully claim their spot among the greatest teams in NBA history, to prove the doubters and haters wrong all along.

So what lineups will Kerr go to now? Green is their defensive anchor and allows them to do what they do on defense.

Actually he did punch James in the balls. You can argue it's inadvertent, but to blame James when Green is the one punching people in the sack is pretty ridiculous.

Actually the Warriors won it in Cleveland last year. Unless you're making predictions about next year.

And this is the problem with C-D posters. James can't just be great. He has to be the greatest ever. The Warriors can't just be a great team. They have to be the greatest ever.

For whatever it's worth, I don't think anyone outside of California will ever believe this team is better than the Jordan Bulls anyway. The struggle against OKC says enough.

Instead of just competing hard and letting the chips fall he resorts to this.

The refs have been letting a whole lot go in this series. There has been shoving, grabbing, and flailing arms all over the place. Now all of a sudden the league office wants to get invovled. If that's the case they better call game 5 super tight. This is a bad look on LeBron and the NBA.
Green brought it on himself. That's why the point system is there.

This is the NBA Finals... it is by any means necessary. If Green can't control himself, teams will look to take advantage of that. LBJ is not the first, or will not be the last to do this.

My thoughts exactly. I didn't care who won this series until I saw "trash" plays of Green. As an impartial sideliner, it is evident what he is doing. Shooey, these games might all have to be on cable channels if plays like those become "normal". Who would want their kid hit the same way or watch it done repeatedly on ABC? Not me.

I'm perfectly okay with the suspension. Lebron initiated the altercations with Green and Curry, and the upgrade to flagrant was probably a superstar call... but Green should have been suspended in the WCF, which could have resulted in OKC playing right now.

Honestly, I did not see the punch until now... Green has a radar lock on finding the privates.
