I have an interview with the Shaw Group in Baton Rouge coming up, does anyone happen to have any experience working for them? Basically, just looking for any feedback on how it is to work for the company, especially in the IT department.

If the Shaw group pays you directly and you're not hired by a 3rd party, I don't know any reason you shouldn't accept the job. I did hear stuff that people don't get along there well. I worked for an agency that hired for Shaw group. The agency was out of Houston, TX. My only caution to you is check out the job if you want it. But then again all jobs have their ups and downs.
