The Water Campus and several other projects planned along the river and LSU. The Water Campus has started construction.

Glad to see some ambition from the city to move the city forward. Will be a game changer for Baton Rouge for sure.

Edit: Not sure how to make the video pop up here in the forum but if someone could that would be nice.

It seems to me, living out of state, that Baton Rouge--especially the downtown area--has huge potential.

The video is great. Is light rail being planned? That would be a great boost to BR

I've never gotten an answer: is there any light rail being planned in BR?

Planned, yes. Will it be built? Likely. Will it be soon? Please don't hold your breath.
