There's a used yurt that we know of for sale right now in Hawaiian Acres. It doesn't come with the property, but it's a pretty good deal at $25,000 including the T&G deck, stairs, landing, etc. It's only a few years old, 30' with all the recommended upgrades and of the highest quality. It could be moved and rebuilt pretty easily.

There are two on the MLS right now, both in Kalapana Seaview, one is about $70K with no water, no catchment apparent, out side bath and kitchen. The other one is just under $100K and has more amenities. There is a new yurt on Craigslist right now for $6,500. No floor of course.
