The company I use is month to month. No contract. But I paid up front for the equipment. I thought that was the standard now.

But a good thing to bring up, everybody needs to do their due diligence.

I’ve had the security system professionally installed and in use for several days. The car port camera is lacking, informing me of cars and ppl, dogs walking by.. I’ll upgrade to the “smarter Pro camera” soon. Fencing reinforcement also planned.

We recently picked up our place in HPP and this thread sure isn't bringing much comfort and just hope our decisions won't bring us any regret.

I didn't see any solar motion sensor sold at Costco when I stopped by a few days ago, but I did picked up 4 motion sensor to be mounted at least each side of the house.
