A Florida landscaper has been charged with animal cruelty after authorities say he ran over a mother duck and her 11 ducklings with his riding lawnmower.

Another symptom of a lunatic, and sure enough, already has a domestic battery and child abuse charge as well.

A person my not care much for animals, not have any feelings towards them etc, but it takes a special mindset to actually go out of the way to harm them like this, a mindset that says to me they are psychotic and have serious issues which merge right into their feelings towards humans as well.
