Hi, I think I figured him out. He can type, but not read.

If he could he would know about the announcement last week of all but the next phase of Uptown. (especially the one I like , CANTINA LAREDO.

What a life someone must have to make those rounds of CDF and so many of its far flung cities.

See above post from me.

I TOLD YOU HE COULD NOT READ.

IF HE COULD............he would know that the two biggest tenants of the first phase announced, TEXAS DE BRAZIL and CANTINA LOREDO, would be opening in March. He would also know that these two places will be bringing upper level dining and bars as well. (he doesn't know that tenants usually do the build outs either) And why in the world did he think they built the huge video screen on top. So people passing on the freeway can keep up with games? cheezz.

He seems to have no concept of planning and time tables. If BJCC had leased when he thought they should it would have Podunk establishments in there. The director said they were deliberate in playing back and seeing what they could attract. They have chosen two of the most popular urban establishments going across the country right now.

He is kinda entertaining if you think about it.

8-27-2013 to 10-04-2013 dawson's LAST POST UNTIL TODAY.

Confirms my statement above. However I am surprised that even he can get back to us so quickly with all the micro management he is giving other cities too.
