They are much better than Jimmy Johns. The bread is softer. I'm still a Subway girl because Subway has more veggies. But if you like thick heavy meaty sandwiches then Firehouse is the way to go. The sandwich was overflowing with hot tasty meat. They also have VERY thick fudge brownies.

Thanks but I'll stick with JJ's. Soft bread means MORE GLUTEN.

Given a real choice, I will go with ROCKY PIZZA (21ST AND 7TH), or Guiseppi's on GABLE SQUARE.

I am a fan of both Firehouse and JJ, but if we had to have chain restaurant there I would have preferred it be a Mooyah burger like the one in The Colonnade. The Burger Joint at Atlantic Station in Atlanta is also good!

Yeah I like JJ over Firehouse too. Sorry to see 5 points go the chain route.

I like Rockys too. I could use a stromboli sandwich right about now.

JJ: #9 Italian Nightclub on wheat with extra mayo and hot peppers. Add bacon (it should be standard).

FH: NY Steamer with an extra pickle.

Have mercy!
