Hi. My husband and I recently moved here because of a job. We are staying in extended stay hotel because no one will rent to us. We have a lot of student loan debt and a passed eviction. My husband has a great work history and makes really good money. At least $2500 every two weeks. Does anyone know a place that will rent to us in Tuscaloosa or Birmingham. Looking for a safe place for my kids. Thank you

As people oftentimes suggest here (welcome by the way) try landlords that advertise on Craigslist and keep trying. They are more apt to overlook your past eviction; although, as you are finding out an eviction can have severe consequences and for good reason. Good luck.

The Park At Hoover is fine for temporary residence and accepts 500 credit.
