Two thumbs up..

South Roebuck got ruff up a bit. I think that's the only area in the city with damage. What's crazy is before it touch down in south roebuck, it passed over downtown, east bham, north crestwood, woodlawn, north avondale and east lake.

crestwood north here. i let my guard down a bit and then all the sudden the sirens started blaring and the winds picked up quickly. so i ran to the basement. seems like a small cell touched down near or east of the airport, but the warning expired pretty quickly. all good here.

shelby county seems to have taken the brunt of it. pics out of eagle point and helena are pretty bad.

My son's neighborhood is in Shelby county about 3 traffic lights from Eagle Point. They were pretty shook up yesterday, kept the kids and dogs in a safe area in the house and he is determined to build a better shelter area somehow. Very thankful they're all safe.

Yup. I heard it. Just all of sudden, the bottom just fell out the sky. No wind. Just pouring down rain for about 15 minutes, then completely stop and daylight came back out. That particular one just popped up out of nowhere. Started forming around downtown and touch down in South Roebuck all the way up pass Springville along Hwy 11 route.

I can see the entrance to Eagle Point from my front yard. Missed us by a few hundred yards. Very fortunate!
