I have an RV and will be moving up to Boise in the spring. I'm planning on living here to be closer to my family. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the mobile home parks here or know if any take RVs. I know there are two RV parks in Boise (riverside and mountain view) but they only allow a six month stay.

6728 W. Fairview Ave., Boise, ID 83704
Right on the corner of Fairview and Allumbaugh.
Google-map it and you can see the place.
Always has several RVs.
I don't know if they have any spots available.
The sign in front of the place says
"Fairview Mobile Home & RV Park"
Phone # is 208-378-1415.
Don't know if that's current.
I also don't know if the place is nice,
but it's a mobile home park, so there's that.

If you don't mind driving a couple of miles you might check out the following. However, it is a 55+ park.

Update on my earlier post.
When I drove past there today I made a point to look at the sign.
It's been updated since google's last photo.
It's being managed by Riverside Management Co.
The phone number is 208-376-1616.

Nice mobile home parks?

Anyone poop out roses?

I guess are "relatively less awful" mobile home parks.

I guess some people can poop roses since I have seen some unbelievable mobile home parks in other states.
Had a friend live in one in MI, over 55, and very strict requirements on upkeep of the outside of the home including grass areas, and all were doubles. When first pulling in, it almost looked like a normal subdivision.

I also lived in one in MI when I went to college (long time ago); no age restriction, but at that time no kids allowed (believe a few years after I left that no kid rule was ruled illegal...not sure).

Not sure I would ever want to live in one again, probably never happen, but there are some, and that is all some people can afford or want. So, I won't make fun of where a lot of people live.
